§ 1 General Terms & Conditions
· The User makes a request for conclusion of the agreement on free-of-charge use of the game by
registration and subscription to the game; in addition, the User declares that he/she agrees to these
General Terms & Conditions by furnishing his/her e-mail address.
· These General Terms & Conditions constitute the base of the Use Agreement. By the login, the User
confirms that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the text.
· Use Agreement shall be valid for an indefinite period of time; the Agreement may be terminated by
either party at any time upon written notice, usually via e-mail, without need to meet time limits.
· There is no entitlement of the User to creation of an account and permission to participate in the
game or preservation or availability of the game.
· The Operator reserves the right to improve or modify the game at any time or to close down its
operation without giving reasons.
· The game is allowed to players over 18 years old.
· The User expresses the consent to amended General Business Terms and Conditions by repeated
game playing or login to the game.
§ 2 Account/Ownership of Virtual Property
· All accounts, including all values, funds, subjects etc. pertaining to them, will constitute virtual
property in the game.
· The User will acquire an exclusive right to use his/her account and non-exclusive right to use all other
virtual properties.
· Rights of use are limited in time to the period of validity of the Agreement, unless shorter validity is
referred to in the game.
· Through rights of use, the User will neither acquire ownership nor other virtual property rights. This
shall also apply to virtual property which may be purchased for the real currency in the Item-Shop.
· The User will not be entitled to move his/her account to another game world or another game
server.
· Any attempts to sell or buy virtual goods for non-in-game currency or to trade virtual goods between different games are prohibited and may result in chat bans or even permanent account bans.
· All attempts to donate, sell, or buy game accounts, or trade them between different games, are prohibited and may result in chat bans or even permanent account bans.
· Each player is responsible for securing their login information and is encouraged to choose a strong password.
· The operator assumes no responsibility for the loss of virtual goods.
· If the provided email address is invalid, the operator reserves the right to block or delete the account. By logging into the game, the user agrees that they are authorized to use the email address.
· The user releases the operator from liability for any damages arising from the use of an email address that the user is not authorized to use.
· The operator reserves the right to delete inactive accounts after a reasonable period.
· The operator reserves the right to block accounts, even without providing a reason.
· The operator does not take responsibility for the loss or blocking of an account in the case of rule violations by another player with the same IP address or HWID.
§ 3 Abuse of glitches and scripting/cheating
· Measures that cause cheating or disrupt the gameplay must not be executed.
· Automatic and semi-automatic scripts that perform database queries or trigger game mechanisms are specifically prohibited.
· In case of a violation, the corresponding account will be deleted or blocked without prior warning.
· The operator reserves the right to seek compensation for the damage caused and the associated administrative costs.
· Anyone who exploits program errors to gain an advantage for themselves or others should expect their account to be blocked in the future.
§ 4 Code of Conduct
· Mentioning, referencing, or promoting third-party products, offers, websites, or companies in any form is not allowed.
· Texts written by users in the game, such as descriptions, names, guild names, guild descriptions, posts on the game's Facebook page, links, or messages that cross ethical boundaries, damage the dignity of any person, or violate applicable laws, especially youth protection laws, as well as content that promotes such behavior or links to such content, may be altered or deleted by the operator, and the relevant accounts may be blocked or deleted.
· Additionally, one should expect criminal legal consequences.
· The operator does not claim ownership of texts written or linked by users.
· Checks are conducted randomly and based on specific alerts.
· It is prohibited to impersonate another user, support staff, community manager, operator, etc., or to threaten other users with sanctions from these individuals.
· In the game, it is prohibited to use guild war abilities outside of the designated space for player-versus-player combat. This primarily means using guild abilities in battles between a player and a monster.
· Character descriptions, guild texts, and in-game messages that use foreign vulgar terms may lead to account blocking or deletion, as this is necessary to ensure compliance with the code of conduct.
§ 5 Enforcement of Rules
· Rule enforcement is managed by a team consisting of administrators, game staff, and support personnel.
· All team members can be contacted through support via the official Facebook page of the game.
· If a user attempts to circumvent a decision made by a competent authority by addressing the same issue to another person, it may result in their account being blocked or deleted.
· Complaints are exempt from this provision if they are submitted through the appropriate support function.
§ 6 Data Protection
· To log in to the game, data is collected that allows for the unique identification of each user.
· The operator uses this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the strict provisions of current laws (such as the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act).
· Data is retained for additional fair-play monitoring.
§ 7 Payments
· Online bank card payments are executed via the Barion system. The merchant does not get and store any payment data (such as bank card, bank account, or digital wallet details). Barion Payment Inc., the provider of this service, is an institution under the authority of the Central Bank of Hungary, its license number is: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
§ 8 Privacy policy
· By accepting of this provision you agree with processing of your personal information below.
· Information about you stored in our database:
1) Email address – Email is used for confirmation of your account and for safety of your account. If
you lose password, want to change it or make any changes to your account your email is required for
that. We also send newsletters to your email.
2) Username – It is identificator of your account and it is not a personal information, so keep it in
mind, your username is public for other users so they can identificate you.
3) IP address - We are logging IP addresses of our users for safety of your accounts, if there are any
problems or „scams“ and violationg of our rules, we can identificate by IP your other accounts.
4) Password – To login to your account you need a password, you should created unique password,
so if anything happens your other social network account going to be safe. The passwords are hashed
and nobody can see them
·The processing and use of personal data are carried out automatically with the aim of ensuring the functionality and usability of services. The handling of personal data is conducted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the instruction of data subjects.
§ 8 Cost of play
· The game can be played completely free of charge. There are no automatic costs incurred upon logging in or during gameplay.
· However, users have the option to purchase Dragon Coins for a fee. These will be credited to the user account from which they were requested. Prices are listed upon logging in to the website, directly in the "User Panel" under the "Buy Dragon Coins" category.
· Premium currency in the game can be used to access additional content, which includes special items, time bonuses, or other in-game advantages.
· There is no entitlement to the availability of specified benefits.
· The Dragon Coins required for this content are always clearly stated.
· Since additional content can only be used if Dragon Coins are available on the user account, unexpected costs cannot arise. By using premium currency, the user gains a non-exclusive right to use the selected benefit, which is valid only for the respective user account.
· If no validity period for the benefit is specified in the game, the duration is limited to the validity period of this agreement.
· All rights exceeding the limited right of use remain with the operator.
· The operator offers various payment methods for users to choose from and maintains business relationships with third-party providers, such as Stripe, for this purpose.
· In some cases, these providers enter into their own agreements with the user during the payment process, and in such instances, the general terms and conditions of the respective provider may also apply.

· Dragon Coins cannot be exchanged for real currency or paid out in any such currency.
· Unused units will be forfeited upon the termination of the usage agreement.

§ 9 Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement
· The Provider will consider purchase of the “coins” to the game account as used; therefore, the right
of withdrawal from the purchase agreement may not be exercised. Moreover, the User will not claim
another compensation.
§ 10 Final Provisions
· The provider is not liable for damages related to the use of the game.
· The transfer of the user's claims against the provider to third parties is excluded. The provider also does not take responsibility for any health issues caused.
